In order to conduct classes at a high methodological and practical level for students specialties 6В01505 – Biology, 6В05101-Biology, 6B05102-Biotechnology the material and technical base of the department is updated from year to year. Thus, to date, the department is equipped with: 4 training laboratories, a methodical study room for pedagogical experiments and several classrooms.
All classrooms are equipped with the technical training tools necessary for the learning process: an interactive whiteboard, a computer, a mobile projector, a laptop,
etc.

Also, on the basis of the department there is a biological museum, a reserve fund for dry herbs (herbarium) was created.
In addition to scientific and pedagogical work, to consolidate the theory, practical work is also carried out.
